Enrollment Procedures

• Make an appointment to visit the school with your child.
• Talk with the principal or vice-principal about the Montessori approach and the classroom schedule.
• Review school policies, tuition schedule, and calendar with the principal or vice-principal
• After your child is accepted fill out a registration form and tuition contract. Then pay the registration fee and the first month's tuition.
• All required forms must be filled out completely before the first day of school.

School Year and Class Times

• The Kritérion School year begins the first Monday in August and ends the last Friday in May.
• The school day for primary and elementary students is from 8:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m.
• The school gates open at 7:30 a.m.
• After School Care is available until 5:30 p.m.

Tuition for the 2010-2011 school year

• Tuition for the primary and elementary students is $7,450.00 per ten month school year.
• Tuition is payable in ten equal installments of $745.00 per month.
• The annual, non-refundable registration fee is $150.00 per family.
  
  After School Care is available for an additional fee of:
  $70.00 per month from 3:30 - 4:30 pick-up
  $140.00 per month for 4:30 - 5:30 pick-up

• The occassional use of After School Care is permitted at the rate of $5.00 per hour or part of an hour per child
• After School Care ends at 5:30 p.m. A late pick-up of $1.00 per minute will be charged for every minute thereafter.
• Kritérion School funding is tuition based and parents are not required to fund raise or make donations.
